If you are using the Free Plan, you do not need to cancel and can continue using it. Also, your scanned file data will be removed after 30 days of inactivity.
To cancel your subscription, visit the Billing & Account Settings page. You can navigate to this page by clicking your user avatar and selecting Billing & Account Settings.
Then click the Cancel Subscription button.
You will then be asked to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.
When you cancel your subscription, there will be no further charges. You will also continue to have access to the plan you paid for until the end of your billing cycle.
If you can no longer access your Google Drive account or cannot log in to Filerev. Please contact us and provide your name and the last four digits of the credit card for your account so we can manually cancel your subscription.
